Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Journey to MBA ("the Service"), operated by Miratech Consulting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Services Description

Journey to MBA provides AI-powered MBA admissions tools and human-coached consulting services. Our offerings include:

AI-Only — $49/month

Full access to all AI-powered tools: Essay Strategy Review, Resume Optimizer, School Matcher, Interview Prep, and Application Timeline. This is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically until canceled.

AI + Mirabel — $499 one-time

Everything in AI-Only plus one 60-minute 1:1 session with Mirabel, personalized essay review with 48-hour turnaround, and email follow-up support. This is a one-time payment.

VIP — $4,999 one-time

Comprehensive 3-school package. Five 1:1 sessions with Mirabel, complete application strategy & review, mock interview prep, and priority email & chat support. Limited to 5 clients per month. This is a one-time payment. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to Mirabel's acceptance of your application.

No Guarantee of Admission

Journey to MBA provides strategic guidance, AI-powered analysis, and editing services. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution, scholarship award, or specific outcome. Results depend on each applicant's individual profile, qualifications, and execution. Our methodology has helped clients gain admission to top MBA programs, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Not Affiliated with Educational Institutions

Journey to MBA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), any business school, or any university. All trademarks and institutional names are the property of their respective owners.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI-powered tools use DeepSeek to generate analysis, recommendations, and content based on the information you provide. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to review, verify, and personalize all AI-generated content before using it in your applications. You should not submit AI-generated content as your own without thorough review and personalization.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and using our tools.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • You may not share your account or tool access with others. Each account is for individual use only.
  • You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell our tools, content, or methodology without express written permission.
  • You must comply with all application rules, honor codes, and guidelines of the institutions to which you apply. Our tools are designed to support your work, not replace it.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • AI-Only ($49/month):Recurring subscription billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
  • AI + Mirabel ($499): One-time payment. Includes instant access to AI tools and a scheduled 1:1 session.
  • VIP ($4,999): One-time payment. Subject to application review and availability.
  • All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that our AI tools deliver immediate access to analysis and content that cannot be returned, and that human review sessions involve preparation and dedicated time that cannot be recovered once scheduled.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, AI prompts and configurations, tool outputs, branding, and materials provided through Journey to MBA are the intellectual property of Miratech Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used to create competing services without express written permission. You retain ownership of the personal content you upload (essays, resumes, profile data). Tool outputs generated from your data are licensed for your personal use in MBA applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miratech Consulting LLC and Journey to MBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to application rejection, loss of admission opportunities, or financial losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
